Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating Plant is equipped with state
of the art equipment and operates according to ISO
requirements.
CICON
provides fusion-bonded epoxy coating as a protective
coating for reinforcing steel. Epoxy-coated reinforcing
steel protects structures subject to deterioration from
salt-induced corrosion.
The CICON plant contracts with independent
laboratories to test the products to verify full
compliance to international standards. The lab
representatives visit the CICON plant and carry out all
necessary tests on coated re-bars chosen randomly from the
production line. These results are continuously compared
to daily plant production, in order to monitor quality.
