The CICON Cut & Bend Plant is equipped with state of the art equipment.  With the support and dedicated work of our highly skilled engineers and technical staff, we are able to provide products to our clients as per their specification and demand. 

The factory has a production area of 10,800 square meters with a production capacity of 18,000 metric tons of steel per month, from 8 mm to 50 mm diameters.  A new plant in Dubai is under construction and is expected to be fully operational in June 2005 with a production capacity of 12,000 metric tons.

Our production stages are controlled by advanced computerised systems according to BS 8666:2000. Tags and schedules are prepared by the latest cut & bend production software.
